I've done a bit of research and turned up with the Alpine RUX-C701, how would this go with the CDA 9887? Anyone with experience with this pair? Encountered any issues?

Well I'm still sporting my Alpine 3DA-W882, love this unit, but I have issues when I want to hook up AUX components because of it's age. I'm currently looking at the Alpine CDA-9887, from the specs it seems like an excellent head unit. I'm a pretty big audiophile, I will definitely take quality...

Perhaps someone might know of a community that might have an answer for me?
