It looks like this is a V2 I'm not sure. I read that diff versions have different RMS levels... Also what is good budget amp for this sub both VCs are reading 2 ohms. 

Looking to swap out my factory setup in my project car (91 300zx) was looking at the Image Dynamics CXS64 V2 6.5" .  Found em on ebay for $269 just wondering is that a good buy or is there better out there for the money. Not really looking to go active, dont feel like tuning etc looking for...
