How much above tuning should I start with I'm looming for mid 30s so should I start in the mid 40s and play with tuning or just do a external port and bring it upto the blowthrough?

hey guys i am deciding to take my soundqubed hdc318s outs of my golf and install them into my truck since my golf cant support enough power to run them. i have basically unlimited space i have 48w 96l 21height but my port can only be 36w x 13t i figured i have just under 50 cubes to work...
