yea the 200+ price is out of my range for a box. are there any suggestions for a box then, i plan on getting the 12" w3v2 with a jbl 300 watt amp. but my truck has space requirements so what is the best way to take care of that?

Im buying the jl audio stealth box for my '03 extended cab silverado. that comes with the 12' w3v2 amp with 300 watt power handling. What is the best amp to buy for this? I am thinking the jbl 300.1 but is there any way to change the amount of amps going to the sub because running at 300w...
