Scopes arent meant for measuring sound waves they measure electrical signals hooking a mic is pointless but voltage into mic plug might be measurable and displayable

I honestly forgot all about the fan even hooking up the amp I never noticed the fan until the cold morning near zero degrees. Squeals for about 15 seconds then its pretty quiet. I wonder if some are louder.

dmm is worthless for gains i always just listen closely for clipping and have never really blown a sub accidentally. If you pay attention you know when its clipping.
