I'm going to agree with everyone that said you have plenty of power. Electrical current isnt steady its dynamic, (ever changing) your lights dimming is the easiest thing for you to physically notice. If it bothers you an easy fix would be what other people suggested hid's for your headlights...

The issue with your truck is there is no accessory power because the original stereo works off of data. The easiest place to catch acc is from the cigarette socket below the radio
