    Good call. I wanted to start from the end point but your way tells us if the radio output is the issue. If the static changes side then issue lies from the RCAs on up.

    Only negative I have read about them is very bright sounding tweeters. I would think that is not an issue since I assume the x-overs have adjustable switches.

    Audison. Marts is a run of the mill low budget brand that seems to be named to ride the coat tails of Mmats Car Audio. Will it work? Yes. How long, how clean, how reliable? Who knows. Audison is certified.

    Grab it. They sound great at all volumes (if sealed box) and are very pleasing to look at. I have not had it in ported but I assume a boomy bump in the lower notes. Sealed is not too boomy but is pretty flat across the board. Perfect if your music genres are all over the board.

    Good call. I would keep the exhaust exposed so it could evaporate any water that comes near the area. The vapor will be blocked by the hydrophobic mesh.😎

    I always max the bass at the headunit and control it with the amp and bassknob.
