    Sub sensitivity

Not at all. Only the speaker's sensitivity is what counts in the front stage. 90dB and above is a good target.

Anyone Ever Hear of Avionixx Amps?

Where are you getting the power for the remote turn on on the sub amp?

    Helix/DD Audio

That C4 looks mighty nice. Reminds me of the Stereo Integrity SIQ amps.

Damn, that is impressive. I heard all good things about Arc Audio but did not know they were that advanced.

    speaker cuts in and out

Yes. Only thing is the leads will be encased in resin. Keep in mind that this is an assumption.

    speaker cuts in and out

By your description it seems to to me that the issue lies in the tinsel lead to voicecoil lead solder point. That happens often in OEM speakers and have the same results as your testing method.

where to connect the Pioneers yellow mute wire?

No, the Pioneer headunit needs a 3 pulse affirmation for start up. It was made to prevent people from just grounding that wire.

    Need system analysis please

I think a Bazooka Bass Tube fits your criteria. The BTA8250D is an amplified 8" suboofer that can be easily unplugged.

    How to design my box

Nice. Never thought of something like that. Now I think a custom vinyl wrap of Kenpachi would look interesting.

The amp will try to amplify a signal that is not there. On another note, you may be having a polarity...

    Damaged alpine type r

The amp is not really a gem but will get you bumping. The busted cone can be overlaid with a concave dustcap and speaker surround adhesive. You can even post the amp later for an upgrade. I started out with less and was very happy. So for $150 I would buy it. First ask if they can show the combo...

What is the amp's brand? If you get one good sub and amp for $150, totally worth it.
