I have a door draft/sweep thing and it seemed to help mildly. Are there any specific fabrics, closed cell foams or door seals that work particularly well? Don't want to spend $$$ and get poor results. If I made my draft blocker/door sweep more dense would it work better?

My bedroom door is at the end of a hallway with hardwood floors... It just funnels the noise in my room, through my hollow door. Does anyone have any tips/tricks/products that I should know about?
