If u want to really make that thing look nice, take some low-build primmer & put on 2-3 coats, then sand of course. It will dry hard just like fiberglass then u can spray it with Automotive base coat/clear coat. It would look killer if u went with blk again! The low-build primmer will give u the EXACT same effect as fiberglass. Anyway it's just a suggestion. I just got done doing a box with two 12W7's in it. We put on 3 coats of the LB primer then we sprayed on a base coat/clear coat Chevy Red. I have done a few others in the past yrs just like it but that red looked awsome, wish I had taken a pic so I could show u. Plus u have that nice A$$ chrome 1000/1 that would really show up well on top of gloss blk. I bet that 18 pounds!!
