First thing it looks like you glassed it to the car. Not a good idea. Second did you paint it camo or is that the material? Third, and I cant stress this enough, sand it. Start with an 80grit then 120 then 200, then 300, then 400 and you should have it pretty smooth. Use body filler to fill in the pits and sand it smooth too.
