As usual, it's not the facts that matter to certain people, it's all about the narrative. Pretty sure it's a lie. Looks like the narrative started at The Daily Beast. The Daily Beast cites Daily Mail as their source. I can't find anything on Daily Mail's website to back these claims. But even if the kid's family is conservative, I think it's abundantly clear the assassin is not. Below is what the Daily Mail actually published regarding the assassination.

If any law enforcement guy is hanging on to your car and you drive off.... that is an act that endangers the well being of the law officer so deadly force is justified.

Lesson here is, if a cop is on you car, refrain from trying to flee because they have the legal right to shoot you. There's been numerous cases like this in the past and the cops are never indicted because the person trying to drive off is endangering the cop.

I wouldn't be too surprised if they put this Tyler Robinson guy in general population in a prison somewhere (while waiting on his trial) and start a rumor around the cell block that he's also a ********* who likes little girls and let the prisoners do what they normally do to ********** and maybe even spot them a couple of shanks

It's sad that even in death penalty states it takes 15 to 20 years or longer before they get whacked.... we need to install a freeway to the death chamber for some of these folks. Maybe give them a couple of years to exhaust their efforts in court to make sure people are guilty and then whack 'em already!

Cop was indicted on aggravated assault and attempted murder.

The person fleeing has to exhibit an imminent danger, usually because they have already committed a serious crime and it's reasonable to believe they may commit another.

4th Amendment comes into play in those situations.

I think you're wasting your time. I'm pretty sure this is just like the bullet - some crap the left is making up to obscure the connection to them and their hateful rhetoric. The story starts at the Daily Beast who cites a conversation Grandma supposedly had with the Daily Mail, but I scoured Daily Mail and can't find it.

This is how deluded they've become, they either truly believe this guy is a right winger. In which case, why did he assassinate Kirk: for being too polite to libs when he debates them? Or they think they can actually convince us that he's a conservative despite all the evidence to the contrary. The delusion is strong among the left.

And yet.... over the past few years there have been numerous cases just like this where the grand jury refused to bring charges against the cop.

If one puts a cop in a position where his life is endangered, they can in fact shoot you as they too have the right to self defense even when they are on active duty. Citizens also have the same right to defend themselves or others who's life is being endangered by a nutjob to use deadly force.

Now that's not always the case in blue states where they seek to protect criminals first before the people, but in red states you can blow 'em away in a situation where they are putting life and limb at risk

Yeah, silly cop.... he should have just let the kid run over him and cripple him for life or even let the kid kill him.
