Putin doesn't get to decide who our country chooses as an ally.
Putin doesn't get to decide whether or not we give or sell a country missiles to fight against him with.
Putin does not run the United States of America.

Maybe he gave Trump orders and got his way, but not now.

My ego has nothing to do with how a superpower plays on the world stage with regard to things like power, control, and warfare.
We ARE a superpower, you know.
A superpower that doesn't dance like a puppet when Putin says to.

But if there is concern about Biden "provoking" Russia, why was there praise when Trump "provoked" North Korea after they demonstrated the ability to nuke the mainland?
Trump claimed he would show North Korea “will be met with fire, fury and frankly, power, the likes of which the world has never seen before"” and was given the moniker "new cop on the block" for all of his bluster.

Are you saying Trump was simply boasting, and would have backed down immediately if Kim Jong-Un had called his bluff? Or, that Trump is brilliant for standing up to an enemy, but Biden is a failure for standing up to an enemy?

And before you shout "SUMMIT!", keep in mind that Trump claimed as a result of the summit that North Korea was no longer a nuclear threat.
Korea just announced they have an ICBM that could reach the US.
