Can't really comment, Prowers is in the middle of nowhere. But if dude is working full time hours, then pay him as a full time employee.

It's been fun watching the liberal meltdown videos. They just won't abandon identity politics. The problem is I know Trump supporters and they aren't a bunch of fascist racist homophobes intent on committing genocide on the LGBTQxyz community. I think that's why so many of them refuse to associate at all with the right - that way they don't have to face their cognitive dissonance. On the plus side the looney lefties haven't rioted.
