As I said before in a direct answer to YOUR question, my job is required to be self-funded by the reduction of theft of taxpayer dollars.

I have to meet a ratio of three dollars saved for every dollar spent to employ me (3:1). Last year I hit a ratio of 7:1. For my current fiscal year, my ratio is better than 10:1.

Pretty scummy if you ask me. Of course for the vast majority of Americans, they'll never see the actual bill since their healthcare insurance will foot the bill and continue increasing premiumes 10% a year. The healthcare system in the US is beyond f'd up.

I’ll use small numbers for an economics lesson for you: It costs $10 a year to employ me. I have to save the taxpayer at least $20 per year to stay employed ($30 less my pay). So far for this fiscal year, my ratio is saving the taxpayer $90 ($100 less my pay).

All of the money over my salary goes back to the taxpayer, not to me.
