Not a psychological mess, but it sure would be disappointing to see the economy go downhill again.
I prefer to live in good economic times.

I doubt the Conservapubs would break a 74 year stretch of not doing it as well as Democrats, but you never know. Not sure it's worth the risk to find out.

Yeah you mean like in Wisconsin where they have a bi-partisan elections board the GOP started but now because they won't do the GOP bidding i.e refused to have wisconsin's electoral votes go to trump they now want to get rid of it and take over all federal elections themselves and run it themselves. Yeah that isn't stealing an election or anything! We can't make them do what we want when we want so let's rid the state of something we started and set all the rules ourselves so only GOP candidates when running for federal office get elected...What a freaking joke! That board is made up by both sides and nothing can get passed without a majority vote 3 GOP 3 Dems. If that happens here you can bet in every other state held by the GOP i.e state legislature/senate they will do or try the same bullshit.

That board was started by the GOP to be a bi-partisan setup to recommend election laws and practices in this state. It has actually worked really well. But because they won't do what the GOP wants well they are going to try and get rid of it and put laws in that states only the GOP can control and run Federal Elections here in this state. Next year is the election year for our Governor. Who despise the GOP taking away 80% of his powers before he was sworn in has done a decent job. Evers was handcuffed before he was even sworn in and yet he still has done a decent job regardless of what Voss, Fitzgerald and now the new senate leader who replaced fitzgerald has done.. They said as soon as a GOP Governor was elected again they would reverse all those laws so he has the full power he should. This is what this state has become. We can't win so we will change everything so we can win and only us.

I don't like either party but ANYONE who thinks garbage like that is okay needs to be smacked upside the head several times.

The new Senate leader is on video tape flat out saying that he is in support of Medical and Legalizing Marijuana but because he can't get all GOP Senators on board he refuses to do it. He has the 18 votes he needs 13 dems and 5 GOP members including himself but he said in the same video that unless he can make it a "GOP Victory" and tell the people it was them not the dems doing it then he won't because he wants his party to say they did that for the people. Instead of saying "We came together and regardless of party we did this for everyone. The people have said they want Medical Marijuana and we are doing it for them not us not any party but for the people that elected us." Medical has approval ratings of almost 80% across the board with full legalization at almost 70%.

This state is a joke because of idiots like him and Voss and when Fitzgerald was here.
