Southeast Region where to get metered in ky?

does anyone live in or near estill co in kentucky no where the nearest place to get metered at? i need to now just how many dB's im gettin here. im guessin around 130-135.. but thats just an estimate. i dont no how to guess at the meter thing.......lol

I have a meter but I live in Louisville, KY 40213. Not sure how far away that is.
