Yep, newer model. Sound quality is slightly improved IMO. Looks sexier.

V2's are nice, Ive got 2 installed in my GF's car, But they are pretty much an SQ speaker, they dont get too too loud, But they can if you give them a good ported box and some power. I Put hers into a mid-sized sealed box for better sq

no the old ons are 250rms the new ones are 300rms

the vas on the old ones was 1.66..the vas on the new ones is 1.7 and some change
