What would you get a Pioneer Premiere 740 or a Pioneer 8400MP?

what would you get the 740MP or the 8400MP? The 840MP, all i see is the warranty and the remote control steering wheel remote, which i dont need. So what would you choose?!?! 740 save the cash, or save 100 bucks more for the 8400MP, etronics.com has the best price i seen so far.....

Depends how much flash is worth to you. To me, it's not worth it.
