So I have around $300-400 to spend on a full system(subs and amp)... I have the materials to build a fiberglass box/ or wooden box as well as full availability to any wires. What are my best options from here to get the loudest i can get... P.S. the subs need to be 10".

well you can get the 400 watt rms sundown E-10D4 for about 100 each, or you could spend a little more and get the SA-10D4 thats 600 watts rms and get a pair for about 360.

 
They look pretty sick... I'm wondering because i have an alpine type r swr-10d4 2011 series... the last gray type r before the black cone came out... 650 rms 1800 peak.... if i ported that alone what would your reccomendations be on that?

 
american bass xfl 10 and a vfl 2680 1350 watts rms amp . 170 for the sub and and 270 for the amp both new with warranty and shipped 440 total for new equipment from me
