Im looking for a 8" sub that has a mounting depth of about 3 1/2" and can handle either 750w or 1500w. So far I havent been ale to find anything but I also just began looking. What better place to ask than here though.

I just bought a 05 tundra thinking I would be getting rid of all my audio but I know I cant live without a little something //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Doesnt look like there is much room to work with but I love a challange.

I have an 8" that should be able to handle 1000 rms but it is in no way have a mounting depth of 3.5" inches are you crazy? you invent that and your life is set buddy.

but the 8 I got has a mounting depth of 8 1/2 inches.

Pretty crappy but this is basically what I have to work with

I am honestly thinking about cutting into the floor and building a box under the truck out of sheet metel to give me more room then building a box out of MDF to drop into it so I can have more mounting depth.

I could do the same thing without paying anyone but I honestly love the way EVERYTHING looks in the truck. I dont want to have to replace part just to make this work.

I did just find this though. I may try to build a ported box like this for 1 10".
