I bought 1 set first, found out they were almost as loud as my Dayton 7" PA speakers (and 10x clearer). then ordered 12 more sets the next day lol.Very interested in those Volcano mids..Id like to hear them in person before buying 13 sets, but may just go out on a wing sometime. lol.
Not sure about closed cells, but I know a conventional batteries lose cells when they're placed on concrete. I'm not sure about the mechanics, but I believe it has something to do with grounding. To be safe, I'd store them on cardboard and preferably on another surface, like I've seen people use wooden stands.
