My baselink amp appears to have finally died after 7 years of use. I took apart the case and the 10" sub seems to be fine. I get a 2ohm reading with my multimeter from the sub. I thought I would buy a sealed enclosure and a 300w mono amp and try to bring it back to life. Any thoughts on this from the anyone? I am concerned about the 2ohm speaker being paired with an (inexpensive) 300w sub amp.

thanks DB, that definitely helps swallowing a $300 price tag 😂 these would essentially be running midbass for me too

What is your budget? With being exposed to Rain.. I would recommend looking at a marine grade SAS Bazooka for the sub stage
