Recone old triple stack Fi BTL 15 or new suggestions

I ran the stetsom kd models and a sd 8000 with no issues but these new lines are made very cheap. I've seen a new stetsom evo blow for no reason twice ,both times new amps also have seen many sd amps blow for no reason

Not saying it can't happen. Brazilian amps have their issues no doubt. I had a stetsom 3K3 I sold recently and it never gave me any issues at all

Issues are with the smaller 4K and under amps. It's the bigger ones

I'm definitely down to run incriminator amps. Just got to know where to find a good deal on 40.1. I'll take a 20.1 but I need an amp that is putting out atleast 2000 rms at 2 ohm mono for now since my sub is d1 configuration. That's why I'd rather do a 40.1

Just recone to a dual 2 or run .5 ohm the incriminator amps are tanks if you have the electrical to power it, it will laugh at .5 ohm I've seen people do .125 ohm burps with them

Talk to any of the better amp repair companies. They'll all tell you that any of the Brazilian amps are time bombs waiting to blow up Ask Steve at amp medics. Dbr or amp repair center.

This is true, but let's not imply that the Chinese/Korean 7K and larger amps are really reliable.

That's a great motor. Some PSI softparts would suit it just fine.

this is a big boy woofer. Do your research and get a good 2-2.5k amp and enjoy. Ask Dave from PSI for a recone. Have you invested money elsewhere? electrical? what type of vehicle?

I ran the woofer for about 3 or 4 years a few years back. It's a 2005 civic 4 door going in the trunk. Electrical will be fine after I buy some new batteries. and handle my big 3. I plan on going with a psi recone because I want to customize the woofer now.

Decided to go with the crossfire xs-4k. Will upgrade the sub stage one day so I might as well be ready for that
