I think your install is screwed up personally. I spent over $1200 for my last install a few months ago and when I was having problems and they blew my tweets I said screw it, I'm uninstalling everything myself and selling it all. While I was taking everything out I noticed many shortcuts and things that they did wrong, I couldn't believe how bad the install work was. Other than swapping amps I had never done a complete install but I've learned a lot taking apart my car and installing my new system which was a lot more difficult than the one I had the shop do. I don't see how you could have just gotten 5 bad amps in a row from sundown. I was scared of screwing something up during my install as well but it was actually really fun, a learning experience, and gratifying. If the new amps you get from Jacob are "defective" again than the install is bad. Good luck
