No I do not have the box, the car audio shop I bought it from installed it and I didn't ask them for the box it came in. Probably should have

Thats odd. You usually get the original box and specs booklet with warranty paper work

Hell I may have had it at one time. I bought it a few years back, ran it for about year and put it up with intentions on you using it again but I have no need for a 5 channel anymore. Hooked it up in a buddy's car yesterday to test it out since it has been sitting and it still works great. I bought it from The Entertainer in Jefferson City, MO. I will contact them Monday and see if they still have records of me buying it. Also if you are local you are more than welcome to come check it out and see it play.
