Is My Electrical System Up To Par?

I'm mildly new to this, so thank you for bearing with me and answering yet another one of these posts.

My amplifiers will consume right around 2800W RMS.

I've purchased a 200A H.O. alternator and I am going to do my Big Three in 1/0 KnuKonceptz. I'm currently trying to purchase two of the Kinetic HC800. I'm still running my stock battery up front.

Will my electrical system support that load? I'm not competing at all; my system is just a nice, loud daily configuration. (I'm running five 12"s.)

you should be fine, id buy one bigger batt instead of two smaller ones though...

If you don't mind me asking... What is the advantage of running a larger single battery over two comparable batteries?

Would one HC1400 be a better choice?

each battery draws 10 amps from the alternator, its not bad to run 2 instead of 1 big one but its just a little better on the alternator in means of charging the batteries back up.

ehhh, i dunno about that.

Its just simpler and easier with just one IMO...

I've asked for some prices in the Classifieds forum... Would the Deka 9A31 be a suitable substitute for the two HC800's?
