Is MA audio a good amp

Hey guys i have a MA audio 1398 2 channel amp (1600 watt max). is this a good amp or what have you heard about it.

Also i know it's not the right section but is 700 RMS enough to "FULLY" power an L7 12" sub.

your gonna get alot of mixed reviews about ma audio.... most of there amps are rated at 14-16 volts, while a average car only uses a 12 volt system..... so your not gonna get what your seeing as specs unless you up your electrical system, but ive owned one and was happy with its output and had decent sq... its no orion or elemental designs when it comes to its power output but is a ok amp IMO

Eh it will be ok for one 12" L7....you wont be breaking any SPL records with it thats for sure, but will be fine for a daily beater

i have a cap that is 16volt....will this help. And while were on it can one single 12" L7 handle the amp bridged at 1600 RMS
