No, I use it daily when I drive the car. It holds my sunglasses so it needs to be functional as intended.

I have two pairs. Oakley Flak Jacket 2.0, does not fit and a pair of Oakley Flak Jacket (original version) that fits up there perfectly.

I hear ya, I always retire the RayBans in the car to their respectful holder then into the center console, no worries. When you shellout $75+ dollars for a pair, you tend to baby them a bit! I carry two pair too! One in the car, and one for out. Never have to worry about not having a pair to drive with.

As do I, my Flak Jacket 2.0 are on my desk and used for anytime I am not in the car.

Go to H.Depot and get some EXTREME VELCRO(75lb hold Usually Grey) its about $10 bucks for a package. Clean the area with alcohol and put the fuzzy part on the top/closed side and the sticky grab side on the bottom half so when you close it back, it will grab and stay shut. Dammned good stuff

No need, I ordered a replacement several days back. It should be here Monday.

Got the new map light. Gonna head out and swap it out along with the LED bulbs.

Well, it stays shut so far with heavy bass. Took 3 min to swap out.

Give it some time man. LOL That Overhead console wouldnt last 10 minutes in my truck. LOL Rearview mirror doesnt even exist anymore. LOL. If It does start popping open again. get that Extreme Velcro and It will stay closed for you
