Is there a head unit out there that will display a side view camera and rear view camera full time in a split screen

I know some are capable of doing the side view full time, or the rear full time
but I am looking to run both cameras at the same time.

One or two, they are still subwoofer outs and are mono summed signals from both left and right. Even the 2 RCA subwoofer pre-outs on the 2nd one...

Bluetooth only head unit
There are a couple of options. You can use a marine bt unit. They come in the size of a hockey puck and can mount anywhere. This is the marine unit.
