I'm still in limbo about making this decision, but I'd like to downgrade to a 2500-3000 watt amp. I am the one and only owner of this amp, and I have the original box and manual to send to the new owner. I have NEVER had a problem with this amp at all. It's never shut down on me, never gotten too hot, it's been the best amp I've ever had and has gobs of power. You all know what this thing will do.

There is a tiny rub mark as you can see in the pics, other than that the amp is mint.

Specs:

These are the 4k2e specs, but they are exactly the same.

RMS Power @ 13.8V

/

Mono 4 Ohms 3200 Watts

RMS Power @ 12.6V

/

Mono 4 Ohms 2800 Watts

Number of Channels 1

Minimum input sensitivity 0,2V

Total Harmonic Distortion

Signal to Noise > 90 dB

Weight 5 Kg

Crossover Frequency LOW PASS 50 to 15 KHz

Frequency Response: (FULL RANGE) 20 Hz to 15 KHz (-3dB)

Power Tension 9 to 15V

Consumption with musical signal 6 to 240 A

Consumption with BASS signal 6 to 470 A

Dimentions (H X W X L) 70 x 280 x 350 mm

$600 SHIPPED, FIRM.

I will entertain trades for 2 15" subs that work well in small boxes and are 1000-1200 watts RMS, or 2500-3000 watt amps. I'm not hurting to get rid of this, so I will take my time in picking trade options.

I would really prefer a Stetsom 2k6d or 2k5e...the smaller the footprint the better.

only if it wasnt a one channel i would might consider trading my sundown 3500d for this but what does it do at 1 ohm
I've heard different things about running at 1 ohm. Depending on your rise, you may or may not be able to get away with it. I personally haven't run this amp below 2 ohm nominal. Use at your own risk if you decide to make this jump, but this amp will make more power than your 3500 @ 2 ohms, than your SD will make @ 1 ohm. I'm not talking **** about Sundown now, just stating what is what.

I've clamped this amp doing over 3000 RMS watts at 4.5xxx ohms...

how old is it?
I've had it since new, so about 2 years.

I have 2 Audiopipe Ap-1500D's for trade. clamped them putting out 3098W@ 1.4Ohm after pull down @14.6v strapped all stable. use them strapped everyday. they have never shut off or went into protect or dropped below 14v. i tryed them one time Strapped @ .7Ohm and they pushed My BTL 18. but i just felt better running them at 1.4Ohm.
