why dont you just make plates and fit the 6.5 in there just wondering

Because the grills made for the RX-7 are specifically fit for 6x8's and I'd rather just get something that fit perfectly instead of rigging it. I'm actually not even sure I'm still going to have rear fill, I have to replace the fronts first and see if just that will do. These are coax's. TS-D601P is the model number.
