Free bass-making program????

does anyone know of a program for a computer where you can make different bass notes and then burn them onto a cd to test sub frequency and response? HOLLA BACK!!

Where would i find these programs or a test tone cd. i pretty much live in the middle of nowhere, so if i could find it online or at least be pointed in the right direction, that would be a HUGE help! thanks!

Audacity is free and it will allow you to create tones if that's all you're looking for.
