All three items were used for 2 months in my last car and have just been sitting in the closet since the new car arrived for a little while now. Hey I'm getting a bit frustrated with you munchies..You still haven't sent my amp out and I paid for it on Feb 23rd. I want a refund today, I opened up a claim with paypal. I didn't want to resort to this but you're just not keeping up your end of the bargain.

ON THIS THREAD DATED 2/21/2010 STARTED BY THE SAME USER, POST #26 DATED 3/01/2010 AT 12:42AM STATES THAT THE SUB AND AMP IN QUESTION "JUST SOLD". I SENT THIS PERSON MONEY THROUGH PAYPAL TO THE ADDRESS ncowan18@live.com FOR THE F.I. Q SUB AND US AMPS ON 7/29/2009. THE TRANSACTION, OR LACK THEREOF, WITH MYSELF AND NICK COWEN, WAS FROM THE MAZDA SITE m a z d a 247. c o m. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THIS PERSON WITH NO SUCCESS, I FILED A FORMAL COMPLAINT LATER ON OPENED A CASE, AND AFTER PAYPAL REVIEWED IT THEY RULED IN MY FAVOR BUT COULD NOT GET ME ANY MONEY BACK. Yeah I noticed that it was a Christian school as well. I sure hope this plays out to be just mis-communication. The intent of my posts are not to defame Nick's name. I just want this thing to work out for the two of us. Communication goes a long way and at this point there is no communication which is sad. I'll keep this thread updated as things progress. Please everybody refrain from bashing Nick until this thing completely plays out.

That is why I in fact waited, and never really bashed him, but after over 6 months of no response from this kid and seeing this thread, I could not let him try to get away with scamming again.

I have never been scammed before and even $60 is upsetting for me, I can't imagine what I'd do if I lost the amount of money you did.

I just wanted to update this thread on the transaction between myself and Nick aka munchies..

Everything ended up working out. Nick was real cool about everything and we came to an agreement. He refunded my money and apologized for the inconvenience. Sure he lagged on shipping/communication but he made it right and even apologized.

I may have even overreacted so I'm glad Nick had enough integrity to stay level headed and make things right. I'm not sure on the whole story from the user above who said he got scammed from Nick but my situation worked out just fine and Nick handled himself well.

Nick gets two thumbs up from me. Hope all goes well with your future transactions Nick

We don't know if that is even true... i'm not saying this guy is lying but we have one side of the story. It'd be nice if munchies would come through and update this thread.
