Thought I'd share my final build out... I built the box some time ago for my old car so I just reused it.. So not too much of a build out.. Just putting it all together.

Current Build:

JVC Arsenal HD Radio

Boston Acoustic 6.5 2way (Already in the truck)

No rear speakers

0/1 Ground Chasis from block

2 ga from battery to chasis

2 ga from battery to amp (5 ft)

2 ga from alt to battery

Stock 1080 CA/800CCA battery

2 JBL P1224's Each in sealed 1.35 Chamber

JBL GTO 1400.1 running @ 4Ohm 1200RMS

Future Plans:

Build Custom box vehicle specific (Thinking of entire rear cab...)

Replace Boston's in the door with my GTI 6.5 Comp set or ????

Customize Rear speakers for custom fit ?????

(Still debating)

Install 4-ch Infinity 475a

Still debating.. Subs are hella deep and tight.

Yes, and 1500 @ 2

Going to customize it.. just not sure what direction to go yet.. after seeing the build out of Memphis Dakota RT>. gave me some ideas.. ^)^

I would advise mounting the amp elsewhere, but other than that, it looks like a nice system.

If you mean because of vibration.. that amp has been mounted on that same box for about 1~1.5 years.. i forget the time i've had it... but... def.. got the ballz to hang together..

But def want to do something different that looks good with the custom box I want to build..
