Did I just get ripped off with cadence wire?

according to the wire guide sticky, the knu kca is actually supposed to be thicker than the cadence. the reason i bought the cadence was that it was supposedly OFC, but I'm pretty sure it's CCA. both are around $2 per foot, so it wasnt a money issue. are there different lines of cadence power wire or something?

also, knu tends to oversize their wires big time, so i have a hard time believing their 0 gauge is the same thickness as cadence 0 gauge...
