So this is actually a 2-part question.

So last night after swapping in new 9004 bulbs in my truck, my deck froze up. I can't turn it off without removing the face plate nor can I adjust any settings including the volume. I did remove the face plate before I disconnected the battery. My deck is a JVC KD-A815 Any ideas???

The 2nd part of my question is why does my stereo at random at usually only happens when the volume is higher than 20 seem to mute all my music? Almost like someone put a pillow over my speakers. Not only that, but my speakers become extremely distorted when reproducing sound. I have CDT CL-61a's in my truck.
