Capacitor Troubles

Hey yall, I broke the head off my positive terminal on my capacitor. Any ideas how i can get the core of the screw out?

Drill it out?

Canadian tire carrys a special drill bit set for busted screws, just ask one of the sales people they will know what its called ("the extractor" I think.)
