buying a hifonics bxi 1606d

i ran one on a 12" re sx, it was loud, really loud. but i have since upgraded to an AQ, change of scenery and i heard its just overall a better amp, honestly, i am able to keep my gains lower, so im guessing that means the AQ is more effecient? but i would definitley recommend the bxi, its a solid ass amp for the $$$$

I would say it puts out around 1400-1500 actual wrms. I put on one a 15" Q and it pushed it with authority. Unfortunately it blew somehow when the sub was disconnected.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

This is a vid i made of that exact setup back in the day. Gave me some serious hatch rattling issues and roof flexing for a setup that cost me less than 500 bucks. And it was loud enough to make my ears hurt if i drove more than 15 min with it on full tilt.

Yep, at the amplifiers. I get the same 14.7 volt reading when they cutoff too.

Yes, they are painted. The cover is very easy to take off and repaint to whatever color of choice to match the install.
