Ok everyone this box is for Zach's single 8" JL Audio W7.

Box is 1 cubic foot with 12 square inches of port tuned to 34Hz and is custom fitted for his 09 Nissan Maxima.

Good build. Im a fan of Tite Bond as well. fantastic wood glue.

For sealing and bonding the inside edges i recomend Power Grab construction adhesive. It is really good stuff. (have some pics on my build page)

In order to answer your question, I would need to know what model (e.g. SW4200, SW7524DVC). Also, are you looking to make a ported box or sealed?
