Best subs for price

I have a budget of around 800-900 dollars and i want a pair of 18s to be ran off my soundqubed 4.5k and i was wondering what the best 18s for around that price were (800-900 together so around 450 each) i've been looking at the dc level 4 18s but was just wanting a second opinion what do you guys think

Stay away from ampere 3.0s., soundrives look awesome, dss ethos are close to your range and would be my route.
