May be cheaper to buy a new sub rather than trying to recone this one. Not sure what type of recone kit would work. May just call a few places and ask.Like PSI, FI, or SSA

What is your budget? With being exposed to Rain.. I would recommend looking at a marine grade SAS Bazooka for the sub stage
