I have narrowed it down to 3 subs that I am looking at. Trying to keep it under $200. I'm most likely to be running a Bxi1298D amp to it.

Alpine Type-R $120, really one of the reasons I don't like this sub is because they sell it at Best Buy lol. I know its a great sub for the money, Im just wondering how it compares to the other 2.

Audio.Que SDC2.5 $140, I hear a lot of good things about this sub. Good price and seems like a good all around sub. I'm leaning to this one as of now.

Incriminator Audio Lethal Injection $200, Also a lot of great reviews for this sub, it is the most expensive sub out of the three. I want to know if it is worth the extra price.

Well in my opinion the best bang for your buck is the Pioneer Premier Championship series 12, the 400rms one. Have two of them and enjoy it more than my Alpine type R's when I had them. They do very well on low notes and love rap hip hop. Rock or alternative, just ok.

Paid 60 bucks a piece for them. That is just what I am throwing out there.

In your poll, only heard the R's and IA's, but people rave about Audioque products and the IA lethal Injection I heard, sounded very good. So that is my pick!

Sounds like you should also consider the RE SE as that is under $200 (under $150 on ebay), has good output and great sq for the price.
Can be had for $99 from Ikesound //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif

I voted for the AQ SDC2.5 though, in that list I think it has the most price:performance ratio, but it depends on whether your going more for SQ or SPL.

Out of the choices listed...

AudioQue SDC2.5

My friend as a pair of the SDC2.5 15" versions with 2 AQ1200D's strapped to them and they are insane...very surprising. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

You'll be happy with the AQ, but like bigbangtheory stated, the Championship Series of the Pioneer subs soud pretty good and can be had for cheap.

AQ > Pioneer IMHO..//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I am sure it does, but I didn't have much more monies to be throwing around in audioz, so did what I could and was pleasently surprised with those Pioneers. When I bought them, I was like yeah, they will sound like 60 dollar speakers or worse.

Thank god I was surprised. I am at least over 140dbs just be hearing what other setups have done in my car and just guessing, but sounds like it.

I eventually will be getting a couple SI Mags or BM's though.

But since the pups are so rare...and I doubt that will happen //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif out of your 3 choices the AQ...for a few extra dollars I'd get a better made DD 1512...though

I guess I want something more towards the SQ line? Im currently running a memphis PR sub and a 300 watt JBL amp. Its just sounds wayyy too quiet for me. I also have amp'd speakers all the way around.

I've always been a fan of RE, How would 2 12" Se's sealed compare to the other subs single and ported? Trying to keep some of my trunk space. My friend runs a 15" Fi.q and the difference between ported and sealed was night and day.

Edit: I want something that gets low, sounds clear, and can get loud if needed.

i would go with the RE SE's for the price.....

as far as SQ goes.

if you want SPL the AQ's or a DD 1512 would be good.

There are more out there just keep doing research
