Alpine Iva-d310 adapters?

So today I picked up this alpine unit for what I thought was a steal (I guess it was cause I only paid 120$ for it) it came with a mile of wires and the main brain that everything hooks up to so I get everything installed only to see there’s no Bluetooth or USB adapters. Guess I shoulda did some research before getting it.
My question is do they make afternarket adapters for the Bluetooth and usb inputs for this model or am I gonna have to get rid of it
