bought an audiopipe ap3000d from you. got it. hooked it up. **** near caught on fire. started smoking within 10 seconds and burnt the fck out of my hand. you didnt honor the warranty or just replace it since it was doa. fck you...

Thank you sir, it takes a lot of hard work. In fact our customer service guys and gals are here from 7:00AM to late nights helping resolve any issues folks might have = thousands of emails and phone calls per week.

Thank you sir! In case folks were not aware at our own store: www.vminnovations.com there are NO restocking fees or shipping fees (= $0 out of pocket expense if the item is DOA or gets damaged etc.) + usually you can find pretty good coupons to use.
