3 or 6 ohm subs?

Anyone making these anymore? 3 12" subs would be absolutely perfect for my space and amp, but I can't think of anyone that makes these I would like to do 4 12"s, but I only have 45" wide to to work with and not enough depth in the area to stagger them.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

On edit: I should have clarified, I am looking for either 3 ohm single coil or 6 DVC...looking to get to 1-ohm mono.

Its never going to come out to what they are wired to anyways. Just get 3 dual 4s wire to .66 it will be fine after rise.

Wow! I just checked that out and they still have them, unfortunately 3 of those are out of my budget, lol.

you get a impedance rise from you box. it will bring it up to around 1 ohm

i have an original jl w6 12 the surround is broken, i could give it to you for mad cheap. thats if you wanted it. i had 3 originally and sold 2 already. I think theres some guy on ebay that you can ship the sub out to and he will re-surround it for you for like 30 bucks or something, i was going to do that but never got around to it. just let me know.

I had a 15 for a few days, and it impressed me even off of the 300 watts I gave it. I could only imagine 1kw a piece on them.

Like i said before if you want to go old school i have an origional Jl 12" W6 it just has a broken surround.
