So, long story short the grill of the deck sub in my Sonata is missing. Anyone have a clue where I can grab an OEM replacement? Think if I call up Hyundai I can get them to dig in their warehouse?

Call the parts dept at your local Hyundai dealer and give them your vin, they can locate it for you. If not look at the local junkyards.
