so i have 2- 10" american bass xfl (1022). i have a kicker ix1000 amp currently powering both of them, my question is if i bought another kicker ix1000 amp, is it possible to have them power each sub separately? if so what would i need to purchase to make this happen? Thank you

not seeing the point in running 2 amps if its a dual 2 ohm voice coil your going to have to run each sub at 4 ohms, that kicker amp isnt stable at 1 ohm so for the money you would be net gain of 100watts total.

You don't need two amps. The speakers come with crossovers to help protect the tweeters.
