I bought a USA-400 locally and sort of got a little jipped on the deal. The amp itself doesnt work. Nothing is fried on the board and a green LED near the power supply turns on. Amp will need repair. I estimate it would cost 1-200 to fix it at a shop. US AMPS usually has a 100$ flat rate repair...
