    how do you make your car run on a 18 volt system

    u have to have an alternator built that will put out the 18 volts and then u will have to but and adj voltage regulator and then you will have to have a 3 post battery or a way to step the voltage back down to 14volts or so to run the rest of the car on i have got 3 alternators on mine one is...

    u can do it with a kinetic 3 post battery run the 12v post to ur car and the 16 v to ur stereo but be careful in my case the only thing that likes the 16+ volts is my bass amps the head unit and the eq will shut off if they get over 15.4 or so i have alot of experience with this type of setup on...
