NIB Tru S45 and SSLD6i for $350 from an old dealer

Ebay

15" Eclipse Titanium Pro in a 1" MDF ported box for $200...they thought it was a normal titanium

Pair of PG Xenon X600.1's for $180

 
Got all this for a 100$ and all of it worked!

But the guy selling the ARC turned out to be 15 minutes away, it was my first time hearing Vandersteens and BAT power amps as well //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Before that one I had a Rogue Audio 66...I go through preamp ADHD. Part of why I haven't built one yet :p

cool... whats the highest watt tube amp you can build without it becoming noisy? 30 watts?

Noise isn't the limiting factor, it's how much you want to spend for transformers //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

You could have a dead-quiet 200W amp or a noisy 1.5W one. Once you get over 100W or so, output transformers start getting very expensive.
